[Solved] [Fibaro FGS-221] Manual overide-switch on S1

Hi,

I have a light connected to Fibaro FGS-221 Double Relay switch:

Relay 1 - Light

Relay 2 - Not used (yet)

S1 - input from wallswitch (Bi-stable)

S2 - Not used

In the same room I got a motion sensor. Momentary, this is switching Relay 1 On when motion is detected. After 10 minutes when no motion is detected, Relay 1 is switched Off.

What I want to accomplish is that S1 acts as a, sort of, manual overide switch:

* If S1 is ON then Relay 1 must go ON, without being switched off after 10 minutes (It should switch off after 30 minutes instead when no motion is detected, if possible).

* If S1 is OFF then switch Relay 1 must go OFF regardless the detection of the motion sensor. After 10 seconds it should be react on the motion sensor again (due to Off-delay of motion sensor).

Please, does somebody a way to accomplish this?

Help is highly appreciated! Thanx!

Solved!

For those who are interested, this how it is done.

1 - The trick is to connect BOTH relay outputs to the light. The first Relaycontact (R1) will be controlled by S1, where the Bi-stable switch is connected to.

S2 in not connected. Relay 2 (R2) will be controlled by HC2 (motion, Delayed-off, luminous intensity and so on), depending what you program in scenes and virtual devices.

In other words:

R1 = Manual mode

R2 = Automatic mode

2 - Make these parameters settings (others are default):

3 --> 1 (manual override enabled)

4 --> 1800 (Auto of delay in seconds, 1800 is 30 minutes)

13 --> 1 (State change for toggle switch, depends on parameter 14)

14 --> 1 (Switch type, momentary (mono-stable) or toggle (bi-stable))

30 to 33 --> Set your desirable settings for R1 to respond to alarms

40 to 43 --> 0 (R2 doesn't respond to alarms)

3 - Make scenes or virtualdevices to control the automatic function (relay 2)

For example I use an Aeotec 4 in 1 sensor (motion, luminous intensity, temperature, humidity) to control R2, something like:

Scene Switch automatic light on

IF luminous intensity < 200 lux

AND relay 1 == off

AND relay 2 == off

AND motion == breached

THEN relay 2 = turn on

Scene Switch automatic light off

IF relay 2 == on

AND motion == safe for 180 seconds

THEN relay 2 = turn off

Scene Switch automatic/manual locking (for right powerconsumption levels)

IF relay 1 == on

THEN relay 2 = turn off

(Enable power consumption from the light in BOTH relays)

So what does this do?

When the wallswitch (on/off toggle, bi-stable) is switched off the light will be contolled by the HC2 (automatic mode).

When the wallswitch is switched on the light be switch on (manual overide) and will be switched off when wallswitch is switched off or, when not switched off, after 30 minutes it will act as automatic mode.

When it switched off in Manual mode after 30 min you have to switch off and on again to switch light on in manual mode.

Works like a charm!
