Impossible remote access with Fibaro HC lite

I bought a Lite HC 4 weeks ago and it works correctly for the local network, except remote access.

From beginnig I can not access remotely (4G or ethernet).

From Fibaro have tried to fix it but have not been able to.

Other users have reported similar problems with remote access.

I think it's a problem of the firmware for Lite HC because I've done all sorts of changes to my router and it works correctly.

I hope the new firmware v.4 solve this problem, because if not the HC-lite is an unfinished product and currently not recommended

I do not know the reason but from yesterday the remote access works perfectly.

Hi, I have same problem, remote access is not available and I can solve in two ways:

I can wait indefinitely, or reboot the device

You have the same problem and can be solved in this way?
