Home Center Lite Very slow to react

alutke

Question

When attempting to use the modules via browser and via app, sometimes slow to react, sometimes more than 2 minutes. If they use the key function normally, on and off the devices and showing feedback in the system.

The problem would perform scenes and even trigger modules through the app and browser, it seems that only performs the actions that were "clicked" from time to time.

There are some configuration that I should have done? Or does anyone know the reasons for this my problem?

If you moved your modules after you include them, the zwave network neighbouring nodes will get mixed up. Perhaps you can let your zwave network get settled down for a day or two. Try to reconfigure them and check if it works again.

  • I have to remove and add again? Or HCL there any other way to redo the z-wave network? For even spending a few days the problem persists, it seemed to get worse.

    alutke,

HCL reconfigures mesh network automatically only. Try re-adding some modules or placing HC somewhere else in the house.
