IR Command Macro

Mitch_johnson

Question

Hi,

Is it possible using iTach as a virtual device to create a scene that sends a sequence of IR Commands

and example could be "View Camera" scene so it would have to send a sequence of IR commands to the TV to select the correct input etc

Hope it makes sense

Create Virtual Device with buttons relevant to IR presses then use scene to trigger which buttons to press once camera detects motion etc...

You can already do that just by blocks. For some reason every scene has to start with something else than a virtual device. Because of that I just start off with a "timer" "day of the week" "at any time", after that, put "then" and you can start putting in the buttons from your Virtual Device. After yiou're done you can just delete the first part with timer or leave it as it is, it will work if you activate the scene.
