HC2 has frozen

My HC2 has crashed, it started by all my devices stopping working, looked at the HC2 and the software update led was lit, so ive tried reststarting it but now only the power led is on, i cant access the HC2 any way, any ideas, ive only had the box 2 weeks and its crashed on the 1st day, then managed to get it to reset and now its disabled!

 

can anyone help please

Allybally, can you access the recovery mode?

 

RECOVERY

Disconnect the power supply.

Press and hold Learn Mode button when reconnecting the power supply (release the button after entering Recovery Mode)*.

*NOTE: after setting static IP Home Center 2 will loose the router connection.

Just a quick update, I was unable to get into recovery mode, but I've switched it on after being off for about 24 hours and it switches on as normal, just hope it was one of those things, many thanks for all the replays and advice

Hi,

Any idea how to download all custom/user icons?

Because Recovery deletes them all.

It works only for basic/single Icons. Not for 0-100%

 

In meantime I made a PHP script that displays all user icons on the screen. Then one just needs to save them all.
