Global cache serial and ip2cc commands

Question

Hi all,

Is there somewhere I can get the commands to control global cache products with hc2 virtual devices. I have the ip2ir working fine. I just need instructions for serial commands and the relay commands.

I also have some gc100 units with serial, ir and relay control, is there any special instructions to use these with hc2?
