Has anyone successfully paired a Fakro Winder with the HLC?

Hi there,

 

I have a Home Center lite and some Fakro window chain winders and sun blinds in my house.

But I am not able to connect it to the Home center LITE.

 

It starts binding, writing it has succesfolly paired, then "adding to group1" and thats ist.

After that the HCL freezes, the Server doesn´t respond anymore and that´s it. No restart helps.

 

Unless I reset and recover the HCL. BTW, the documentation of the HCL is a huge mess! Glad that there are good forums with kind people out there.

 

The same problem appears with the fakro sun roof. So even 2 polish products doesn´t work together.

I hoped that the new "beta-banana" Software Version maybe fixes this Problem but no chance.

 

Do I have to buy the HC2? Why?

 

As far as I can see I am am very unhappy with Fibaro and their software and not willing to spend another single cent in modules or a HC2.

It´s just show and shine but really cheap crap. Making me spending far too much time in things they should work easily.

In this fibaro has really a lot in common with apple. It´s absolutely useless and incompatible with the rest of the world.

 

I don`t need a server for triggering my plant lamp, this is all the HCL does.. So I will send it back and order a Vera Edge. Something I should have done anyway.
