Secure SRT321 in combination witth Fibaro 2x1.5 Relay switch

Is it possible to combine the Secure SRT321 thermostat with a Fibaro relay? So that the thermostat functions as a on/off switch for the Fibaro relay switch?

Yes, the thermostat will control devices in the associations group 2. See this vesternet article;

the article uses an older firmware (so screenshots don't match) and uses the secure actor, but you can use any switch. (I use Qubino switches)

On a side note; with 4.056 firmware, you cannot use the Secure actor. You cannot select it in association group 2. I reported the issue with Fibaro, but mean while returned the actor and replaced it with Qubino switches.

I'm using the latest beta, and I have my Secure 321 associated with 303 ( secure actuator ), although it have some bugs, when 321 sends the on command to 303, it turns on, but in HC2 it appears as it is OFF, it don't update the value off the actuator, for heating scenes is BAD.
