Lost family member

Hello (and help please),

since this summer, I lost the account of one mobile phone in gps localisation. Since this time I only see one member (me) in the family panel. Today, I deleted the mobile phone and the user account. Then I added the user again and then I made a remote connect to the HC2. The remote access is working.

After that, I can see her mobile phone and the user account (with tracking every 5 minuetes). But she is not in the family group on the first website. When I look to "HC2"/api/users, I can't see the new account.

What is wrong? What must I do, to see the new account in the family group?

I just find the account under HC2/api/user; but I also see: "hasGPS":false

I think, that is the reason for the problem. Can somebody tell me, what is to do to change "hasGPS" to true?

I think that parameter is updated automatically if the phone has tracking enabled and is recognised by the HC2, what phone is it? Please make a new topic in the correct section and perhaps change the topic to something a little more cheerful and I'm sure someone will help you!

No, the parameter is not updated; maybe I'll delete the mobile phone again (and again, and ... ). The mobile is a Samsung S5.

I was searching for "gps" and some other words and didn't find any section; so I placed it here.

Try set GPS accuracy to 30m, wait few hours and set it back to 15m.
