Dear all

  1. We are experiencing some problems with newer versions of some of the Z-wave modules.

For example, when we register a Smoke sensor FGSS-001, the Home Center Fibaro System 2 recognizes this item as a SMOKE DETECTOR; nevertheless, when we try to register the Smoke Sensor FGSD-002, the system recognizes it as ORDINARY SENSOR and not as a some sensor.

The same happens with the Roller Shutter FGRM222 V.2.2. With this version we could edit the opening percentage of the shutter and change it. For example we could choose to open the shutter at 35%, and so on. With version 2.5, the percentage is fixed and not editable.

  1. When we try to add a new module, we get the following error message "403 ACCESS FORBIDDEN".

Thanks very much.

That could be a device template problem. What HC2 sw version are you using?

The 403 error is usually a communication problem. Are you connected locally o remotely to the HC2?. Clearing the browser cache or using a different browser may help.
