I agree, only problem I have is the reported battery level that tends to indicate low

Not sure about the battery life jet, but after a week it shows full batery, so hope it will be alright.

Which module do you use for your lighting? I use the fibaro dimmer 2 module and having problems associating the button with it

I tested it with Dimmer 1, Dimmer 2, RGBW module. All works perfect, second group association.

Maybe question for Fibaro, how can it be used for example with danfoss LC13 anyhoq to control heating? The button is basically made for that, only it does not work whis way :/

OK,now its even more strange why it wouldn't work here. I managed to associate the button with a fibaro wallplug and two fibaro switch relays. Now its possible to switch them on/off with the button

I'm beginning to think my settings to associate the button with the dimmer2 are wrong. On the buttonside on group2 i checked on the dimmer checkbox at slave(master isn't possible) just like i did for the wallplug and relays. Is this everything you did to make the association or did you changed something in the dimmer settings too?

  • Well, did exactly the same thing, only at the end I woke up the button, but I guess you did that as well.

Now when I am thinikng about it, maybe you have the button in wrong mode. If you check the manual, the button can work as switch, dimmer and timer. It is little tricky to change the mode, so check the manual. I think it is something like holding the button, the double beep is for dimmer mode, single for switch...

Do you have a hc2 or hcl? Which software version does your box use? I have a hc2 with the 4.070 software version. I did what you saidand changed the button from timer to dimmer several times. I also did reset the button to default, included it again, asociate again, restarted the hc2 box, etc. But still nothing worked.. Perhaps its a bug in my button or box:s

Just checked the orientation. No dimmer response from horizontal or vertical position of the button.
