upgrade and backup on hcl

Hi 

 

I've a HCL that is creating me a problem during backup and if I would like to update.

 

Always is giving me back an error (403) and access denied. 

 

I've to open a special port on router? 

 

please help me

What method are You using to login Your HCL ??

Use first method, because HCL can't create backup from second method.

Yes,  You can update HCL only in Your local network (http://HCL_IP)

Guys, note that every crucial operation on your system including configuring, making backups and updating should be done in local network as you need direct access to the system and gateway.

So, I didn't think that adding icons by internet (not in local network) to HC2 is also crucial operation - in this operation after selecting icon and clicking on button ADD, I'm getting blank black page in my browser.

 

Is that normal ??

Depuis quelques temps je ne peux plus faire de backup et si je veux mettre a jour ma HC2, j'ai un écran qui reste bloqué sur backup en cours

apres plusieurs heures je dois redémarrer ma HC2 pour refaire fonctionner ma domotique

La mise a jour ne s'est pas faite

le backup n'a pas été realisé

Que se passe t'il ?

after several hours I have to restart my HC2 to redo my home automation
