Update not possible / Connection to HCL lost

I have the following problemes with HCL:

 

1. Update not possible: Error Notification: 403 Access Forbidden

2. Every day HCL needs to be restarted to get access through the ipad app*

 

*HCL ist connected to a apple airport extrem (new version). No fix IP-Adress is used.

 

Could anybody help me with a solution to these two issues?

sorry you will be dissapointed:

 

1) only reliable solution to this problem i know about: restore factory setting and patch up to stable release (4.080 is most recent)

2) a known issue nigh impossible to replicate my curent working theory is that there is some problem at Fibaro Login gate for mobile devices IF it is separate from the standard gate "home fibaro com" . due to difficulity of replicating this there is no telling when and if it will be mended or fixed.
