Sontiago888, nice camera, I have exactly the same model. I manually installed the Hikvision in my HC2. The snapshot buttons work as expected. Also Morpheus75's solution works for me. In all cases I receive an email on my admin account (configuration -> Access Control -> admin -> e-mail).

 

BTW: my stream settings are:

Streaming/channels/1/picture

Streaming/channels/2/preview

 

Hope this narrows down your problem...

    Finally - someone with the same camera! What firmware version are you running?

    I've some progress.. I can get it to send an email with a currupted snapshot file attached. This happens only when I set the username to Anonymous with no password.

     

    How weird?

     

    But when I set it to the admin account or another account it fails....

     

    Maybe it's something to do with my camera settings?
