Denon Plugin not working

Sorry if this has been asked before, I am new here.

So I installed the Denon plug in, connect to my AV2113 and it sees  it.

Can't turn it on, off, change source, up volume, down volume but it  can see it.

 

I was  hoping for slightly more functionality,

 

Any ideas please?

denon 4310, can't controll anything

is there any update progress for the Denon plugin to add support for Denon 2313 amplituner ?

Same situation: the native plugin, dosen't work for Denon AVR2100X...
