In Romania Orange started a few months a go some kind of device working with Fibaro sensors.

It's helping the ZWave community and I buy cheaper then anywhere else some motion sensors.

It's good as backup solution if my HC2 stops working someday. I don't have any switch in my house, only HC2...

i'd say that it is competition for HCL but conssidering it was mentioned in 2'014 quite a few times i am confident that it fell into obscurity.

Annyways their centre looks passable:

but i am quite worried about separate relay devices why would they have those (powered from outlet no less) when one can buy (even from them apparently) FGWP and get that relay function + retain your outlet .)
