No power, no light- what can I do?

Question

Posted

Got a new Fibaro HC2. Plugged in ethernet, plugged into the wall, no light on the front, nothing. Tried to plug in/out several times. Using power button etc etc. Once I saw a blinking light from the ethernet port. Checked the power cable and yes, it provides power. Hard reset? Send it back?

    check power on the powersupply

Cables tested with some other stuff and works.

    Tried several different wall outlets.

Same problem. Guess I have to send it back then.

Yes, several times, also the reset, also holding the reset etc etc, everything I was able to find on google. I'll just send it back tomorrow and we'll see what happens. Thanks for trying!
