Foscam "FI9826P V2" and "R4"

wpeters

Question

I am trying to connect Foscam "FI9826P V2" and "R4" cameras to my HC2s. I have read the other community support articles and also tried to obtain other Information from the internet. Although I followed all guidelines (switch cameras to MJPG etc.), I do not have any major breakthrough.

I have installed the cameras in HC2 and using the command "/cgi-bin/CGIProxy.fcgi?cmd=snapPicture2&usr=admin&pwd=PASSWORD", a snapshot is shown in HC2. As soon as HC2 starts to using the video stream after 3 seconds by sending "/cgi-bin/CGIStream.cgi?cmd=GetMJStream&usr=admin&pwd=PASSWORD", the picture gets dark with a little Symbol, which I assume is the Foscam error message.

Any idea, how I could fix that issue or how I could further investigate.

Thanks.
