I have problem Relay Switch FGS222 EU

HI all fibaro member 

i have a question

i have FIBARO  system (Home Center 2 and many Relay Switch FGS222 EU )

when i install the system and connect my relay (2*1.5 KW) i have problem first 10 min everything ok

then the Relay not working (latched) what is the problem ?

can u help me

What issues do you have? What happens with the devices? What do you see in the web UI?

Hi @ISMART Company and welcome to Finaro forum!

 

Your description of the problem is quite short and not very clear. What do you mean by relays are not working (latched)? Does it mean that their status is not correctly updated on the interface, or that they are not switching On/Off when command is sent? Or it is only not switching off? What is the type of load that is connected to this relay modules?

oKi ... let me explain ,I have Relay Switch FGS222 EU when i tried to connected with led spot light after 10 min I got hanging in relay so I couldn't switch light ever on or off ,we change the power source so I give it new  N and L  for Relay then no problem at all ,the relay back to work correctly with out any hanging  .

What the Problem with power source  ???
