Video-Gate

I've created a video-gate and this is working fine with super-user. But when I try to add the function to more users it's not possible to add. Can't find it in device list.

I've tried restart the HC2 and refreshed cache in Safari with no luck.

 

Bug?

 

Also when trying to rearrange the Video-gate in a room with more devices it's moving back to the former position when returning to the page if you clicked somewhere else.

But you have given access rights to all the devices that make up video gate?

Yes, I have given users access to all devices and scenes on the HC2.

@Bananen79, is the issue linked directly to the update? Something changed in comparison between two versions of the software? Did you add the device on the previous version as well so you can report a different behavior of the device? The issue from your description is linked to the device and not to the process of updating or any improvements introduced or solved issues in 4.113.

This is already reported and Fibaro technicians has access to my HC2 in office to solve that issue.

 It has nothing to do with update to 4.113.

 

Also this should be in mobile devices i think, because mobile/tablet apps are involved.

I'm still having this issue. The video gate device is not visible in the access rights panel, so I can't give access right to a normal user. Using fibaro mobile with a superuser is disturbing, as it shows all buttons and other devices as well, which I don't need.
