Admin user is missing

I have a strange Problem, unfortunately I could not find a solution for it.

 

Round about two weeks ago, I installed the current BETA Version for the HCL 4.113 beta and since then, I had some problems with logging in the system from the fibaro App on Android. Strange enough, I could not log in with my super user (admin) account anymore. Therefore, I created a new User (user1). With this user, everything worked fine in the app - with the admin user I could not connect, but in the web browser it worked...

 

Now, a few days later I found out, that the admin user is missing? I cannot see him in the list of users and I cannot generate new password - it always says - User not found / not existing.

 

Does anyone have some Idea about this? Do I have to delete everything, and then paly in the online backup?

Hi,

I have same problem. I can't logging as admin user. Firmware version is 4.120 it is updated 29.3.2017 and now I can't login with admin. I can logging as normal user but then I can't control access rights etc.

Admin is no more....

Superuser is now the mail-address you used for account registation.

Yes of course. Thanks to remain me. I was too quick and start recovery process yesterday. But now HC2 is back and everything is ok. Maybe I remember next time
