problem including devices (all aeotec)

AutoFrank

Question

HI,

I'm back with this issue again it seems just when I thought things were stable

I'm running 4.12

I have been trying to include a  number of devices over the last few hours

2 aeotec smart switches

2 HEM Gen 5

1 aeotec multisensor (round one)

My system has been very stable over the last few weeks and I have been putting off adding these as I haven't had the time.

The two smart switches included no issue as ling as I have them sitting on the HC2 which is okay.

The HEM will include the master but I have no slaves. It looks like it's including correctly but it's not.I tried the usual clear cache, different browser, etc

Because I have been mucking around this afternoon I restored a backup from before I started all this to get rid of any residuals and it doesn't seem to make any difference

my latest attempt is with the HEM and the master id is 477

This is what I see in the small box at the top of the UI

Please login or register to see this code.

Any suggestions welcome...

Thanks

_f

What about a (soft) reconfigure of the module(s) ? I had the similar issue with a fibre motion sensor (eye) In my case the slave devices popped up after a reconfigure.
