HCL software frozen after connect the FGR-222

Hi community,

I own my HCL since 3 days and I'm really frustrated !

I installed the HCL, as tought by several Youtube movies. Ok and done after several problems.

Then I wanted to connect a FGR-222 roller Shutter 2. I enabled the learning mode in the HCL and tried to activate the "triple B" learning mode on the module as well.

After several trials the FGR-222 module was recognized from the HCL and started to exchange the relevant data, but the connection/learning mode was not completed and stopped with the following Information below...

I pushed the button Close/Schließen after several minutes and the Software was frozen, so nothing was really working anymore.

I needed to recover the whole HCL System and started from the beginning. This happend several times !!!!!!!!!!!

I tried the Connection with a different FGR-222, but with the same effect  

Is there anybody who can help me here, why the Connection/learning mode will not be completed successfully ?

Hi, I had learning mode problems when was low coverage. The controller should be close to the device at inclusion time.

The HCL and the FGR-222 module is very close approx. 2m.

The learning process is always stopping at the same Row in my attached Picture.........

"Received Association Report from Group 3"

After this nothing happens anymore
