moving from aeon Z-Stick to HCL transfer Primary controller

Question

Hi,

I'm trying to move from Domoticz to Fibaro and receive the "primary" network role in the HCL.

The issue I have is that all nodes (41) is not recognized by HCL i see them all as "not configured"-

Anyone knows if what I try to achieve is possible at all?

Regards/lennart

Hi, are you sure HCL could be the MAIN controller?

Offtopic: I was thinking to try the Domoticz next days. Can you share your expirience and why decided to move to the Fibaro?

Thanks in advance

I recommend against trying anything with secondary controllers. I have no time to explain that right now.

That said... You have found out that a device actually can only belong to one controller. If you use the same software on both controllers, it is different, but you say HCL and domoticz.

You should be able to go to a device, press configure, then the HCL should set parameters, association, wake up to itself. I cannot guarantee everything will work. It is not like both controllers are going to work as a kind of backup of eachother.

Sorry, no more time to explain. With only 10 devices I would undo what you have done... Then reset HCL. Then exclude and include one module at a time.
