hello i just bought a used hcl  and get the above message when i try to add it to home.fibaro .

is there anyone that know how to fix this ?

I have same situation, dont know why. Product was factory new. I contact support and they reset.

 

But in history i see someone connect over 200pcs to my HC2 before i buy. LOL

I got the HCL for the cabin, will install tomorrow, depending on the que out of town.

Will be:

3x Multireg

1x xyz120 ir to z-wave AC controller 

3 x water detect

1 x water shut of mechanism 

2 x aeon multi sensors
