Question

Posted (edited)

Hello
My HC2 system has begun to loose connection to my z-wave devices (applies to both the wifi and ip connection).
I have had to restart repeatedly my HC2 in the past week to re-establish the connection to the devices.
I am using the latest software vers. 4.170 but the problems have started before the update.
Do you have an idea of what's wrong and if so, could you let me
know how to correct the error.
My dealer has stated that his HC2 has the same error.

I have the same experience especially with older Fibaro switches  running the old z-wave and not z-wave plus. I do not have to restart the Homecenter but have to cut power to the old switches and then wake them up again. Works for a couple of hours then I have to do it again.
