Changing the IP address on HCL

Hi. I had set the static IP address on my HCL. Recently I have changed the IPS provider and I have changed the IP address of my router. The result is I could no longer see my HCL from my phone or on Fibaro Finder app. I didn't know how to change the IP address so I have reset the HCL so I can only connect to it directly through my PC and only If I change the PC IP address to 192.168.81.5. But that does not do me any good because I could not change IP settings of the HCL since I do not have internet access (because I needed to change IP address of the PC)!? How can I change IP address of the HCL now? Thanks
