Neo Coolcam light switch

Sita

Question

Does anyone have experience with this switch?. Physically product is good but I have some issues with it.

I am using HCL and trying to discover 3 switches (2 gangs) that I bought. However I am facing problem on two switches while another one is ok. Is there a way we can upgrade firmware of this switch or do manual configure?

Hi I have at least 10 of them, and have had them for almost 2 years now, and they work flawlessly.

I always remove the device before I add them to the Homecenter.

Any special step you need to do to include them in Z-Wave network?. I just add it normally but they seem not be recognised.

They must be in direct communication with homecenter, when removing and adding them.

What do you mean by "direct communication'?.

Place them nearby the controller when including. And if you have trouble with recogition, you have to press the on-off button on the plug three times ( very fast) to get them recognised with Fibaro.

Neo plugs work fine, same as Fibaros, but three times cheaper :-)

I have tried to remove and add again. Look good so far. Thanks so much for the confirmation.
