Communication problem

Hi

I have a HCL and version 4.540. After done the upgrade I have got problem with COMMUNICATION PROBLEM all the time. I Wake up dead nodes but as soon as I Push on or Off it say Transmision fail - Communication problem. I have restored a buck up but it does not help. I try to remove or add Devices but it does not work.

 

Is there any body that can help me PLEASE. What is wrong/am I doing wrong? What should I do? reset every thing and start all over or?

Had some similar problems with some older devices.

Was rebuilding the network by removing some devices and re-adding/ relocating them. Some devices I could  not remove  in the proper way. Even in direct vincinity of the HCL

I switched off the HCL. (Disconnected the Power cord.)

Did a factory reset of the device.

Switched the HCL back on.

Did a force remove of the device.

Reboot the HCL.

Now I could add the device again.
