Oomi / Aeotec LED Bulb Gen5 in HC2 without function

Guest Bastian

Question

Guest Bastian

Hi,

I had received 2 Oomi LED Bulbs and include them in the Home Center 2. The includation non secure or secure runs without problems.

The bulbs are running and are switchable with the normal momentary toogle. Also i can switch the colour with the toogle (as described in the manual).

But in fibaro all the buttons (Like light on/of, dim slider, colour switch sliders) have no function. I can press them but nothing happens. A few tries of including/exluding of there bulbs in secure/non secure mode do not change anything.

As i can find out these bulbs are the same like the Aeotec LED Bulb 5Gen but probably another software. And the Aeotec bulb should run as i ready in different comments.

Anyone an Idea why the fibaro buttons/commands are mit running?

Best regards

I have a lot of these bulbs but have not had any help in getting the running on HC2.

OOMI, no help.
Aeotec, replied but no help.
Fibaro, I sent template but no reply.

let me know if you have better luck.
