If I buy a Fibaro Starter Kit GEN5, is the gateway also a Gen5 device?

 

I noticed the accessories are all marked as gen5 but the gateway is not.. Am I right? Could you confirm?

No. Fibaro HC2 and HCL are not Z-Wave Plus (Gen5)  devices.
