How can a update the fibaro Home Center 2 Software when I am not by the home center. It says software upgrade not available via remote?

I wouldn’t advise to do it remotely. When it fails you are not nearby to solve it.

 

If you still want to upgrade remotely, you can only do it when you are on the same network and logged in with the local IP address of the HC, you can only do this remotely by using VPN.

    Fibaro Installer App allows to upgrade remotely.

     

    Unfortunately it is available only for installers.
