Qubino dimmer state not updating

theplayernll

Question

I have some Qubino dimmers.

I can use the wall switch or by HC2 app to turn the lights on and off.

When swithing light on/off using HC2 mobile app, everything goes OK.

But when I use the wall switch manually to putt the light on, it show it's on, put it off and it still says it's on in the app or HC2 panel itself.

So manualy switching it on goes correct, when i switch it off is still says its on in app and HC2 panel.

I am using Fibaro HC2 firmware version 4.580.

All the rest is working fine. Can I do something so this works?

Check your associations set. I had similar problem with my Qubino Switch. Your HC2 need to be associated for all groups you want to get dimmer states (on/off, dimmer etc.).

    Don't get it?
I don't have any associations and don't need it? it's just a Qubino dimmer behind a "puls" switch, or am i'm wrong?

You need to set association for group 1 to your Home Center. Without it, states of Qubino Dimmer won't be relayed to Home Center.

  • Don't get it?

One of the Qubino dimmers is used to turn on/off "Kroonluchter".

If I go to associates, I don't see "Kroonluchter"

In EndPoint0 set association for rest of Groups 2-11 to Home Center 2. Leave "S" association for Group 1 as you have.

  • hmmm no it don't work.

I had the IOS App open and then it works. When I don't open the app and use the qubino switches/dimmers and open the app after it only shows me the on status.
