Communication problems

Recommended Posts

Have problems with login to iOS app Homecenter using fibaro id. Have changed password but Remote access not answer.
Old iPad app and local access works.
Problems started a couple of hours ago.

I also have problems to access from the Android Home Center app, and from all FIBARO ID related tabs in the web UI (such as cloud backups, remote support etc.)

Any notification from Fibaro?!

It was better when app could contact HC locally via lan, there should not be reason to route local connections via internet. Blackouts like these are disasters for users.

I'm starting to doubt Fibaro! All morning I struggled to connect to the HC2. If you have such problems ....
I have a connection error!
Tell us when you fix the problem?

Yep, same her. I can only access my HC2 using my local login from my mac. Lets hope its up and running soon.

I restarted my HC2 twice, reinstalled the app and still couldn't communicate.

Then I checked here and saw that I should have done that first :).

It works now, but to be honest, I'm not happy with the way Fibaro communicates.
It could do well to announce these problems that appear in the system so they will show professionalism and we, the users, will not get angry in vain.
By what they did today they simply showed amateurism!
