How can I create hour meter Quick App?

I want to create a quick app in HC3 that displays the time that a switch is on. Can anyone please give me guidelines how to do that or have something similar ? Thank you.

Thank you very much! I will try to use your code in my QA. 

I create a lua program that every second add 1 in a global variable. I used the temperature template of fibaro and used updateView function for the "value" and now I can see the time in seconds on my home screen of fibaro HC3. The problem is that the device is for temperature and the value presented in Celsius. But I have to measure time and the value must be in Seconds.

1. Is it possible to find a similar template? 

2. Is it possible to create my template for use in my HC3 for this app? Where can I find documentation for creating such templates?
