HC2 speed

Hi, I hope I am right here. Maybe one of you has the same problem and can help me. My HC2 is really rather slow. If  e.g. safe a new created scene I have to wait for minutes till I see another picture than the attached. Or if I want to open a modul it opens after minutes, sometimes never.

Sometimes, after I change the browser, it runs for a short moment. But then I have the same problem. Therefore I don't know if it's a problem with the HC2 or with the browser (Firefox, Edge, Chrom)

I have round about 40 modules and 90 scenes in operation. But I thought that this is possible.

With this speed it makes no fun to work with the HC2. Has someone an idea?

You can alway upgrade to HC3. But what do you mean with "slow"? I have a HC2 and it is perhaps not the fastest homecenter in the world but gets the job done.

  • Hi Thomasn, I know that the HC2 is not the fastest. But my station takes a few minutes to switch between displaying modules and scenes. In operation the HC2 runs perfectly, but it is frustrating to change or create a new scene for example. Any access via browser takes minutes or doesn't work at all.
