Hello, I bought an HC2 at the end of 2019. The box ran very well for a long time until it stopped starting at the beginning of the year. I wrote to the German support ([email protected]), but unfortunately received no response. Then I called the German hotline and they told me that the software would have to be reinstalled. However, the process for this must be started by my dealer. My dealer has now been trying to start the process for three months. Has the German support died?
