Hello All,
Recently i connected a MCO MH3901 zwave thermostat.
The first minutes it shows the right room temperature (directly after turning on the power supply),
but then the measured temperature starts rising, after a short period it show almost 3 °C higher.
Maybe internal electronics in the vicinity of the temperature sensor heats up?
There is a calibration function, so i can correct this by setting -2,8.
But for the OFF state it creates a new problem (away/summer mode, display and output relay are disabled)
In OFF state it measures the right temperatures, the same as just after turning on.
So in OFF state the temperatures received by the homecenter are wrong after setting -2.8 in calibration.
in my opinion heat radiating electronics must placed as far away as possible and always above the sensor.....
What is your opinion or experience? Please tell me if you also own a MCO MH3901 zwave thermostat.
