Hi there, I'm following the forum for quiet a time now. and didn't take the time to say hello.

At the moment I'm building my house and preparing it for the (my) future. Came out on fibaro and Zwave and the HC3, the greatest minor thing still atthi time is the fact that it has all the possibilitys to work with all the protocols and still is not.

Hope soon in the future they will activate all the other protocols..

For now, I use it mostly in a combi with Hue(the bridge) and Tradfri lights cause of a lak off swittches in my house (still working on the electricity-plan).

The heating is done by Honeywell Evohome (with thanks to Petrkl12) in combination with Remeha Tzerra Ace and the Elga Hybride with floor heating in the hole house. (placed a lot of temperature sensors with smart implant to read out and to finetune the system)

Working on RGBW as lightsource for all the ceilings with RGBW controller 2 (fibaro). have to figure out how to make this electrical plan.

Still loads of work to do in the house before I will live there.

I'll keep you posted.

Suggestions are always welcome

Wilco

    Hi @WJM ,

I suggest to plan neutral wire for light switch boxes. Modules like dimmer 2 and relay modules like to have neutral available if you plan to have some lighting controlled with them. I was lucky with our house because previous owners electrician pulled both live and neutral everywhere so installing automation was piece of cake :-)

Hihihihi, I'm as lucky as well, i've pulled the wiring myself(former electrician). Pulled both neutral and live to all the boxes. You never know?.

    Thx for the good advice
