Hello everybody (firmware)

I have a little problem with a Fibaro HC2, someone gave me the HC2, because he didn`t know what it was and did, but i cant get in the system, also the factory setting doesn`t work, i want know to do a fresh  firmware install bij usb, i can get in to the Bios, but now i need the firmware for a fresh install, where can i find this?

no its not a stolen device, he bought a apartment with this unused device

 

i did that recovery procedure, but didn`t wordk, when the lights goes from right to left , it stops at the end, with a flashing service light

Oke, sounds legit. Sorry for asking.

 

Maybe replace the bios battery - not sure, but that solved some problems for other users here on the forum.

Just co to recovery mode and reset the HC2. After that HC2 will notify to upgrade the firmware (it could take several upgrades to get the newest version)
