Installer has left me hanging!

Hi Fibaro Community!

I've started with a bit of a miserable situation. My installer didn't do a great job and towards the end of the work (which isn't finished) he decided to wind up his company and leave me in the lurch. He assigned me to another company but they're not interested in looking after me.

I really need someone to help me complete the configuration of the system and hopefully show me how to make edits and changes myself in the future.

Does anyone know a freelancer/contractor they can recommend? UK or abroad, as long as they speak English well and someone has had a good experience then I'm sure I'll be happy.

PLEASE HELP!

Thank you!

Hi @Stuart v1

You will get more response from the forum if you start saying what hardware you have and what your problem is (installation, configuration, scripting, ...).

Hi @Stuart v1,

It is a pitty your installer left and new one did not want you.

You can try this web to reach distributors:

Please login or register to see this link.

I do not know how UK distribution work, but they should have some overview over installers, at least we in czech have that, so they should be able to recommend you someone.

Yes, it is takeover job and some installers try to avoid them as much as possible (less money and more work than completely new one) but they should be able to find you someone.

Best regards and fingers crossed,

Jakub
