Fibaro HC3 - Authorization Issue on Yubii app for iphone/ios

HC3 Rookie

Question

Hi,

Looking for some help with connecting my fibaro HC3 to my iPhone. I constantly keep getting an authorization issue error when i try to connect on the yubii app. When i log in via id.cloud.fibaro with my laptop, i have no problem and I am able to get into the program. This is a new installation and i have done the following:

  • added 3 rooms and 3 devices
  • updated the software to ver 5.130
  • create an account with ID cloud.
  • hit the sync button a thousand times!
  • using the same ID and password on the app and id cloud
  • i have power cycled the device for 20mins, deleted the app and tried again, no luck.

Hoping someone can help, thanks for your time.

Hello, a bit Late but i found a Way that works for me.

First you have to Close the App / then deactivate WLAN / now turn on Mobile Data / Open the App
If you can connect to the Home Center you can turn WLAN on again.
Hope it helps
