There are no ZWAVE TVs, so at this moment compatibilty means to have either access to TVs API, and create some QA for it in Fibaro, or just use some IR transmitter (Global cache or Broadlink) that can mimic you TV's remote controller behaviour.

I think there are some QAs somewhere on this forum, or in marketplace idk that are ready for use with some brands. I think i saw there suppport for Sony and Samsung. Check it out over there. Or if you decide to use IR device, than there is a QA for it. I think it was created by @10der. It is working for sure, as i have tried it with Broadlink.
