How to remove my hc3 from my account?

I sold my hc3 but apparently it is still connected to my account so the new owner can't do anything with it. How to delete this device from my final account?

Could you try this.

 

To remove your Fibaro HC3 from your account, you can follow these steps:

Log in to your Fibaro account on the Fibaro website.

Click on "Devices" in the top menu bar.

Find your HC3 device in the list of devices and click on it.

Click on the "Remove" button at the bottom of the page.

Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm that you want to remove the HC3 from your account.

Once you confirm the removal, the HC3 will be removed from your account and you will no longer have access to it.

Note that removing your HC3 from your account will also remove any associated devices and settings, so make sure to back up any important data before proceeding with the removal process.

In order to execute the removal process, the homecenter needs to be up and connected to your Fibaro ID. 

 

If you have it reset already, you will need to contacd Fibaro support for assist.
