Reolink camera can not connect to Yubi mobile app

PetrVacek

Question

Hi,

I have HC3 and camera Reolink RLC-810A. I have this setting for JPG and MJPG:

cgi-bin/api.cgi?cmd=Snap&channel=0&user=admin&password=xxx

I have properly set IP address and port 80

Home center SW on PC can see the camera and picture properly. I have scenes which work and send images to email. Native application of reolink works properly as well.

But YUbi app does not work. App sees the camera as device but does not show picture from camera. What can be the issue? Bug in application or what should be differently?

Thanks for any hint or adivce.

Petr

@PetrVacekHello and welcome to the community.

In the Yubii App on my Samsung Handy, I can see my D-Link camera picture from the fibaro homecenter.

Are you on the latest Yubii App 1.19.3?
