Yubii Android - Rooms/Devices not showing

Phil coyle

Question

Hi All.

One of my rooms has disappeared from the Yubii app.

I don't recall making any changes to cause this, but can't be sure of that.

It is still available and working on the HC3 PC app and the devices seem to be working fine and are controllable from the PC.

I also have two Aeotec repeaters gen 7 which show on the PC and appear to work fine, but do not appear on the Yubii app.

I have other Aeotec repeaters which show up on Yubii ok, although these are gen6.

The repeaters are not in the same room which has the problem mentioned above.

Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?

Phil

  • I have deleted and reloaded the app which solved the missing rooms, obviously this caused a huge amount of work to manually set everything up again, so not an ideal solution.

It wold be good to understand what could cause the problem for next time.

I am still, however, missing the Aeotec repeaters in the app.

Anyone have any thoughts on that?
