Yubii start

Nenad Batocanin

Question

Hi to all :)

I am trying to use Yubii app for HCL. HCL with several devices is set and work normally when accessed in the local network or via the Fibaro cloud. But when I install and run Yubii, it offered me to choose a house ("Select Your Home") but when it is chosen, it does not give any information (no devices, scenes, rooms...). I tried deleting Yubii and reinstalling it, nothing changed.

I noticed that when my hub is selected, it doesn't ask for login details, it just goes to the view.

Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem?

Regards, NB

Before you get the selection of which HC, you are already logged in. So probably logout, then log in with the right credentials which has access to the devices, scenes, etc.

  • Thanks, but that's not a problem (I just tried it). When I log in to Fibaro cloud, I always have to log in to the my HCL hub before accessing my hub, right? So I need to tell Yubii user/pass for HCL! How?

From the picture you can see that Yubii sees my hub Wings_HCL, but it says that there is no communication?? Maybe Yubii is using some communication protocol that is prohibited in my local network?

    Good morning
At the beginning I apologize for the questions that may sound silly

    • Do you have devices added to the hub?
    • When you select the home tab in the app, do you see any devices? because maybe you don't have favorites selected?
    • Do you have devices with energy measurement? e.g. wallplug which reports power (W)

  • Hello!

    I'm a beginner at this so I don't mind any questions :)

    - Yes (see picture of my Devices in hub).

    - No (see picture). When I clik to Search icon, Weather "device" appears

    - Yes

I think Yubii can't access my local network, maybe I need to release some port?

    Anyway, thanks for the help!

    Nenad
