Change from Zipato to HC3 ans some Issues

bsh21

Question

Hallo,
i will switch from Zipato ZWAVE System to Fibaro HC3 an have some Problems with the integration from the existing ZWAVE Components from the Zipato System..

1.
I have some Aeotec Smart Switch ( 2 x Aeotec Smartswitch 7 & 1 Smartswitch 6) an have it in Inklusion Mode but Fibaro System do not find them when i will include them.

2.
The existig Smoke Sensor from Zipato (ph-psg01) are not shown whe i want include them - the Fibaro System do not find them when i will include them.

Is there any way to include Components from other Manufacckture or run only Fibaro Componets? When only Components from Fibaro run or from the Compatibility i have a bigger Problem.
I hope that i find only one Function in the gateway not to include them.

Thanks for the Help.

Have you tried "Remove" on the device first to reset it?

and when the exclusion is done you can try and include them with the add device.

All z-wave devices should work on the HC3, But some devices doesnt have Templates and you have to add parameters manualy :D
