Heatit Z-DIN 616

JRE

Question

The status of the Heatit Z-DIN 616 is not updating on the Yubii apps

The on/off status of each of the 6 ports can be changed from the Yubii apps and the respective status is correctly indicated. But if a port is changed by an other input (in this case a Heatit temperature controller), the status on the Yubii apps is not updated.

Any hint how to fix this?

Thanks

Jacques

@JRE Did you already press the synchronize button in the user access window?

  • Hello Fabio,

thank you for your note. I am not sure where is this "synchronise button". In is on the Yubii apps or on the Fibaro portal?

    Your feedback is much appreciated

@JRE It's in Settings > Access > in the top right window. Look below.

It might be the Association too the controller, Dont think the z-din 616 got a template.

Think it should be Multichannel, insted of singlechannel :D
