HC lite - problems with backup and firmware upgrade

I've just buy a HCL and when I try to do the first backup appear a message that tell about problem with connection with server cloud. But in particularly does not appear the icon of firmware upgrade. 
The current firmware is 4.054, certainly there are upgrade

 

HCL is my first Fiber's device

Make sure that the time and date is correct in the system.

If yes, and still does not work - contact support.
